Gathering

Kaleo’s missional communities gather together regularly for a planned body gathering each week and also at various other times and places in order to be involved in one another’s daily lives. Many of these gatherings are great opportunities for you to get to know us and for us to get to know you. Since the church is a people, and not a place or time, it is highly relational. There really is no one “service” that defines us just as no one family meal can define a family. Each time we gather, we hope that it reflects what we really value and believe and demonstrates a balance in the rhythm of our common life together.The weekly gathering for each community, something we call the body gathering, is a time where we come together to participate in a common meal known as the Lord’s supper, to recognize and respond to Christ as the head of the Body, to exercise spiritual gifts and where every member of the body may participate fully so that we’re encouraged and equipped for the work and mission we’re called to.

Though it’s not common for such a gathering to be the first environment you’d spent time with us, you’re welcome to come. We do ask that you would read the following before attending… (need this here)
